The Model

SynergyGPT™: it has read everything. It understood the invoices.

SynergyGPT is a proprietary foundation model trained on 40 years of Futtbucker engagement letters, findings decks, board presentations, and the comments section of LinkedIn. It has 340 billion parameters, of which 4 have been reviewed. It does not hallucinate. It forecasts. When its forecasts do not occur, it invoices for the variance.

  • Context window: one fiscal year, rolling, always ending in Q3.
  • Reasoning: chain-of-thought, where each thought is a billable event.
  • Guardrails: the model is prevented from saying “I don’t know.” It says “directionally” instead.

Every agent is autonomous, meaning it acts without asking, and accountable, meaning we can tell you afterward which one it was. Agents are deployed in your environment on day one of the engagement and removed on a date to be determined by the Retention Agent.

Bucketizer Agent

Continuously scans your organization for buckets, including buckets it created on its previous pass. Consolidation is performed autonomously and cannot be un-performed.

Deployed at Level IV of the ARA engagement model. Goes in after the human consultants have left, and stays. Operates on a 12-week loosening cycle. Its findings are delivered to the client verbally, by a person, because the agent’s own summary was considered too direct.

Governance & Trust

Trust isn’t built on intention. It’s built on a document that says trust.

We take AI governance seriously. Every agent action is logged, and every log is retained in a bucket. Human oversight is provided by the Oversight Agent. Human-in-the-loop is available as an add-on; the human is Braden, and the loop is quarterly.

  • Data handling: your data never leaves our environment, because it is now our environment.
  • Agent sprawl: contained. We have six agents. Each has six sub-agents. Each sub-agent has been instructed not to count itself.
  • Rogue actions: none reported. The Oversight Agent’s reporting queue is 1,632,523 actions deep and growing, which we describe as thorough.
  • Kill switch: present. Located inside the Bucketizer Agent’s consolidated bucket, alongside everything else.
  • Responsible AI principles: we have four. They were generated by SynergyGPT and have not been reviewed by a person, per the principles.

Per agent, per action, per quarter, per you.

  • Starter: one agent, 10,000 actions per month. Which agent is chosen by the Alignment Agent, which is not included.
  • Professional: three agents, unlimited actions, limited review. The Oversight Agent is included but not enabled.
  • Enterprise: all six agents plus their sub-agents plus Braden. Actions are unlimited. So is the invoice. The Invoice Agent handles it, and has already started.

All tiers billed by the Invoice Agent. Disputes are routed to the Alignment Agent for alignment.
