What We Examine

A thorough look at everything you’ve been holding onto.

  • Process Rigidity Scoring: we assess how tightly your workflows are held, and whether anyone has been able to get anything through them in the last fiscal year.
  • Approval Chain Constriction: some organizations require 14 signatures to release a purchase order. We identify who is holding it in.
  • Compliance Overgrip: a review of controls so firm that nothing moves, including revenue.
  • Release Readiness: a structured plan for letting go, delivered in stages, with a debrief.
  • Retention Relief Roadmap: our clients describe the results as “a weight lifted.” We describe them as billable.
The ARA Engagement Model

Five phases. We are gentle in exactly none of them.

  1. Intake. We ask where it hurts.
  2. Assessment. We look.
  3. Findings. It is as bad as you thought. Possibly worse.
  4. Remediation. A 12-week loosening program, facilitated.
  5. Follow-Up. Annual. Non-optional. We’ll be in touch whether you want it or not.
