Methodology
How the assessment works.
The Synergy Personality Assessment was developed by the Futtbucker Institute for Independent Analysis over a period of one afternoon. It is normed against a population of every person who has ever taken it, all of whom scored between 34% and 41%. This consistency is the strongest evidence of its validity. Results are not stored, not shared, and not refundable.
