Impact Report FY2026
Environmental, Social, and Governance. In that order, for the acronym.
Futtbucker is committed to a sustainable future, a diverse present, and a governance structure that can be described. This report has been prepared in accordance with the Futtbucker Sustainability Framework, which we prepared.
“Independence means I have no interest in the company. I have a great deal of interest in the invoice. These are separate line items.”

Environmental
Our servers are in a building.
- Scope 1 emissions: the building has a door. It is sometimes open. Emissions: directional.
- Scope 2 emissions: electricity is purchased. We have asked where it comes from.
- Scope 3 emissions: our clients’ emissions count toward our Scope 3, and ours count toward theirs. All parties have agreed that this cancels out.
- Net zero commitment: net zero by 2050, or whenever the building is sold, whichever comes first.
- Carbon offsets: we have offset our emissions by describing them as synergy.
- Paper reduction: engagement letters have been reduced from 40 pages to 40 pages with a smaller font.
SynergyGPT’s training run consumed an undisclosed amount of energy. The Directional Agent has reviewed the figure and adjusted it toward the board deck.
Governance
See Investors. Investors: see Governance.
- Board independence: confirmed by the Chair, who is not independent, which is the confirmation.
- Risk management: all risks have been placed in a bucket labeled Managed.
- Ethics hotline: our phone tree has 14 options. Ethics is not one of them. Option 15 is peace.
- Executive compensation: tied to performance. Performance is defined as compensation.
- Shareholder engagement: see above. He has not called back.
- AI governance: four principles, two Bradens, one loop, quarterly.
This report has been assured by the Futtbucker Institute for Independent Analysis, which assures us it is fine.
Materiality Assessment
We asked stakeholders what matters. They said invoices.
In FY2026 we surveyed our stakeholders, clients, employees, both Bradens, and the Stakeholder within. Respondents identified three material topics: synergy, alignment, and being invoiced. All three have been bucketized into one material topic, which is the invoice. The invoice has been placed in the upper-right quadrant of the materiality matrix, at 91% importance to the business and 90% importance to stakeholders, from which it is escaping.

Social
We have coworkers.
