Thaddeus Vanderhoek
Joined Futtbucker in 1987 as its first client, after a single conversation with the Founder that he describes as formative and the Founder describes as ongoing. He has not left the engagement. He invoiced his way into the Chairman’s office, and the Co-Founder title followed in a change nobody approved. Before that he sold verticals. He has never explained what a vertical is and has never been asked twice. Owns the building, the offsite, and the concept of alignment. Does not own the napkin.
On record: Has never been photographed from the front. Every front-facing photograph shows the Founder standing behind him, and each has been reversed under the Bidirectional Value Doctrine™. Is not a Guru. This is not discussed.

Marguerite Okafor
Joined from a Fortune 500 company she does not name, where she was the reason it is no longer a Fortune 500 company. Runs operations, which she defines as anything that moves, and strategy, which she defines as anything that doesn’t. Has personally restructured 14 organizations, three of them twice, one of them into a different one.
On record: Has never taken a meeting she did not end early. Has never ended a meeting she was not leading.

Dr. Percival Rasmussen
Holds a doctorate in Applied Synergology from the Futtbucker Institute, awarded at a ceremony he also officiated. Responsible for aligning employees, stakeholders, and, on Thursdays, the furniture. His book, Alignment Is a Direction, has sold 40,000 copies, all to employees, at onboarding.
On record: Right-sized his own department in 2024. Kept the chair.

Constance Whitlock
Oversees all figures leaving the building. Introduced the term ‘directionally correct’ to a room of auditors who have not recovered. Her forecasts are described by the board as ‘a direction’ and by the SEC as ‘a matter of ongoing interest.’
On record: Has closed the books 340 times. The books remain open.
Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Penetration Officer
Bartholomew ‘Bart’ Quillfeather III
Leads the Deep Integration practice and the sales organization, which are the same organization. Third of his name; the first two are also on the org chart. Bart goes in first, stays longest, and leaves a card. Clients describe him as thorough. Middleware declines to comment.
On record: Was once asked to leave a client site. Did not. Has a desk there now.
Chief Technology Officer, Chief Agent Officer
Ingrid Halvorsen
Architect of SynergyGPT and the six-agent fleet. Does not know what the agents did last quarter and considers the question adversarial. Previously built a model that could only say ‘directionally.’ It was acquired, and then it acquired the acquirer.
On record: Has a kill switch. Has not tested it. Testing it would be a kill.

Reginald Castellanos
Author of the phrase ‘available upon subpoena’ and of the methodology, which he has not read, on the advice of counsel, who is him. Also a notary. Has notarized the Trust Center, the four Responsible AI principles, and his own signature.

Braden
Braden performs intake, reads every message, and responds to none of them, which is Braden’s role. Braden is also, in Finance, the other Braden. Braden is not an executive but appears on this page because Braden built it and nobody has checked.

The previous CMO reached Synergology Level VIII and was promoted to a role that does not appear on any org chart. The search for a successor is being conducted by the Candidate Alignment Engine, which has declined all 14,000 applicants and, in one case, the search firm. The search firm invoiced the Engine for the decline and now holds the seat.

- Audit Committee: Constance Whitlock, audits herself, finds nothing, directionally.
- Compensation Committee: Meets quarterly to approve the previous quarter. Has never declined.
