How the model works.
The Futtbucker ROI Model takes your inputs, multiplies them by a synergy coefficient, and returns a direction. The coefficient is proprietary. The direction is up and to the right. Independent validation was performed by the Futtbucker Institute for Independent Analysis, which validated it.
- Synergy uplift is fixed at 340%, the bucketization velocity achieved at Vandelay Consolidated, which we apply to all organizations regardless of whether they are Vandelay.
- Buckets after engagement is always one. It is very large.
- Recommended engagement length is always longer than the one you selected.
- Headcount after engagement is described as right-sized. The number is 62% of what you entered. We do not know why. Neither does Vandelay.
