Thought Leadership
Thoughts. Led.
Futtbucker executives publish 3 to 5 thoughts per week on professional networks, each drafted by a contractor, approved by Braden, and posted under a name. The thoughts are collected here so they can be cited as research. Engagement figures are audited internally, by the people engaging.
“A thought is one sentence. Leadership is the line break. Thought leadership is the space between, and the space is where we invoice.”

They have an alignment problem.
Most alignment problems are, at root, a Futtbucker problem: specifically, the absence of one.

I don’t usually post personal things here.
But two years ago I walked into Futtbucker as an intern with nothing but a badge and a bias for action.
Today I’m a Junior Vice President.
Of what? That’s not the point. The point is the journey. The journey was 11 months, or as we call it, one engagement.
To anyone starting out: you don’t need to know what you do. You need to know that you’re doing it. Agree?
Unpopular opinion: synergy is underrated.
Everyone says it’s a buzzword. Everyone says it’s circling the drain.
We paid for it twice last year. Once to have it, once to have it removed. Both invoices were directionally correct.
Once you go Futtbucker, you never go back. Then you go back. Then you’re invoiced for the trip.
We hired a candidate last month with zero years of experience, no degree, and no references.
Here’s why.
He was the only applicant.
Sometimes the best talent is the available talent. Hiring managers, take note.
(He is also Braden. We are Two Bradens now. This is the Bespoke tier.)
Quick pulse check for our network. Which is the biggest barrier to synergy in your organization in 2026?
Results will be published in our State of Synergy 2026 report, with a margin of error of whatever is needed.
Authentic leadership is dead.
Agile is dead. Pivot is dead. Empowerment is dead. Synergy, they say, is circling the drain.
Here’s what I tell my team: the drain is a vertical. We penetrate verticals. Front to back, end to back, floor to ceiling.
Every buzzword that dies frees up a trademark. We have filed for all of them. Passionately.

Thought Leadership as a Service
Your executives have thoughts. We have contractors. Let’s align.
TLaaS delivers 3 to 5 thoughts per executive per week, formatted as one sentence per line, ending in “Agree?” Each thought is original, insightful, and indistinguishable from the previous week’s. Thoughts are reversible: under the Bidirectional Value Doctrine™, we will post the opposite thought the following week, at a premium, and let the engagement decide. Includes a book to hold, a link for the comments, and a Girl Dad.
